| Ingredients |
| 1 c. butter 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 2 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cream of tartar 1/2 tsp. salt |
| Step by Step |
| Preheat oven to 400 F 1) Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, add unbeaten egg and vanilla. 2) Add dry ingredients. 3) Chill and then roll out and cut desired shapes. 4) Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. 5) Serve and Enjoy! |
